All common questions about the game should be directed here. This includes both single-player and online questions. When asking a question, it is often beneficial to share which mode you are referring to in order to get an accurate response. Also consider sharing any relevant information that may help someone answer your question.

If you're not sure if you should use a spoiler tag or not, err on the side of caution and use one. Also, it's a nice gesture to visibly indicate the general nature of your spoiler before the tag, so people know what you're spoiling.

Anyone else disappointed we never got single player DLC?

I remember how great the GTA IV Liberty City stories and Red Dead Nightmare were. And it's just disappointing they gave us no similar DLCs for RDR2, and instead we got Red Dead Online. Here are some ideas that could've been Single Player DLCs

    • The Blackwater Massacre. For obvious reasons, this is the one thing we needed as the first DLC. To see what truly happened, how and why Dutch killed Heidi. Plus it would've been great to see Arthur and Hosea's lead, seeing Jenny and the Callander Boys and especially Landon Ricketts' involvement.
    • A small story involving Eliza and Isaac. A small mini story showing Arthur's affair with Eliza and his son Issac. All the visits he paid and one day finding them dead. Heartbreaking, but could've been interesting
    • Playing as Sadie Addler. Starts with helping Abigail and Jack escape and begins her career as a bounty hunter and her life after the epilogue.
    • Charles. First we get to see Charles helping the reservation escape, then give Arthur and Susan their burials. And as it moves on we will get to see Charles in Canada to help the Indigenous people and raising his family
    • Javier in Mexico. Working for Allende as a hitman and getting to where he was in 1911. They could go for a story about him feeling regret about what happened back at Beaver Hollow since he never did point a gun at his friends, it could lead to him doubting Dutch which would most likely cause so much inner conflict within him since loyalty meant absolutely everything to him, and would be able to show him falling in with Mexico's Government and becoming the shadow of his former self that we see in the first Red Dead Redemption.
    • Bill Williamson's rise to leading his own gang and taking Fort Mercer for himself
    • Dutch. See what happens to Dutch after Micah's death. Show that grief over losing everyone and letting Micah ruin everything consume him. We would see Dutch mourn Arthur and everyone who died. Dutch would learn about the death of Eagle Flies and decide to really help the Native American people. The goal of this scenario is to see how Dutch becomes the man we see in 1911.
    • Undead Nightmare 2 or Cowboys and Aliens. With legendary mythical creatures, werewolves, vampires, And new weapons/ammo such as silver bullets. Maybe mix it up a bit and have Aliens involved since we saw two UFO's in the game already. There is a random encounter with a vampire and a werewolf already and the perfect opportunity to make another Undead Nightmare with the town of Pleasance is infected with the plague. How we activate it is unknown. Maybe another vampire comes to Arthur as a chance to save him or a dying Arthur is abducted by Aliens.
