    A theory about Micah and Joe (and maybe Cleet too)

    We all know that Micah turned out to be a traitor and a snitch, and the whole story about Micah and his place in the gan is too big to discuss and speculate about in a single post.

    However, one little thing I've started to notice is that in chapter 6, Micah brings Joe and Cleet to the camp and says that they met in a bar. This sounds plausible at first, but after playing online for a pretty long time time now, that statement is a pure lie. Why? Because you can meet Joe in online and do missions for him, and during the first cutscene, he asks if you are friends with Micah.

    Let's remember that RDO takes place 1 year before the story, in 1898. If Micah knew Joe from before, why didn't he just admit to the gang that they were old friends instead of saying that they met at a bar a few weeks or days before the ultimate destruction of the gang as a whole? It feels like Micah, Joe and maybe Cleet were planning to slowly infiltrate the gang and then turn Dutch in to the law when the opportunity came. It is pretty much confirmed that this was Micah's original intention thanks to a bounty poster at Micah's camp near Strawberry.

    I just wonder what Joe and Cleet did shortly before they joined, and what their intentions were. My guess is that they got told by Micah that they should warm themselves up to Dutch and when the time came, turn him in and make a ton of money.

    What are your theories?

    I don't know if it's just me, but Arthur's story had a huge impact on my me. He changed my whole outlook on life and changed my relationship with the people around me. Man! This game is a true masterpiece.
