    After beating RDR2 I wanted to start the sequel. So instead of celebrating Halloween like a normal teenager would I'm playing this classic for the first time. Wish me luck

    I cooked a version of Mr. Pearson's famous stew

    Does any game do food like RDR2? I always get hungry when Arthur wolfs down a can of pears after a gunfight or slurps downs some of Mr. Pearson's hearty stew. So I decided to make my own!

    Getting the ingredients together A little over 2 pounds of steak, along with russet potatoes, carrots, onions, herbs and spices

    All the ingredients chopped and mixed waiting for the sauce and herbs to be added

    Everything ready to go The pot gets cooked on high for an hour and then simmers for 6 hours to let the ingredients slow cook and become incredibly tender and delicious

    Finished stew 7 hours later

    Pairs well with a hearty beer and some homemade beer bread

    I'll be doing another recipe later with lamb.
