Flaco’s revolver fits perfectly for Arthur for canon Posted: 17 Jul 2021 07:26 AM PDT I've always thought of which gun fits Arthur the most, and I think I've finally settled on Flaco's revolver. Here's why. Firstly - it's a cattleman. I think it's safe to say mostly everyone agrees the gun Arthur would use in canon for a sidearm would be a cattleman. Secondly - the grip of that particular revolver is a perfect symbolism for him, even more so than the hero grip. It's an eagle (which is on the hero grip) eating a snake which to me symbolizes Arthur's arc of bad to good. Also the engravings are perfect match - you just can't see Arthur with anything gold in a gun like the hero grip or those terrible engravings. Thirdly - he obtained it in a badass way. Defeating arguably the most badass gunslinger in the game (with the exception of black belle but she gives you nothing) solidifying himself as a legend. The gun was always the hardest part of my perception of canon Arthur because the other aspects of him seem kind of obvious such as Buell as his horse, Gunslinger outfit (or Grizzlies Outlaw) and his hair and beard at lvl 3/4 along with low to high honor by chapter 6.
