Life Lessons learned from Arthur Morgan

    Posted: 13 Apr 2021 05:13 AM PDT

So yesterday my niece and nephew who are 6 and 7 came over while I was playing rdr2 so I had to refrain from murdering everyone. Anyway they were very intrigued by the game so I showed them my horse and some pretty scenery. Then I asked them if they wanted to see me fishing. So I got to the waters edge got my fishing rod and told them I would use some cheese bait and used Arthur's line "the stinkier the better". then I caught a little pickerel and again used another Arthur line and said "you know we should really throw these little ones back". It was a pretty cool experience showing them one of my favorite games. Of course they wanted to see me swim and I tried to to tell them my character couldn't swim cause I was playing as John. Then they watched john almost drown to death. But all in all I think I did a pretty good job trying to disguise a game that involves robbing and murdering people.

I took this a couple nights ago and it has become one of my favorite pics I’ve ever taken in game. Used the advanced camera + red pass filter with the help of a blending tonic to get close.

It’s kind of wild that R* made one of the best Western movies without setting out to do so.
