In my playthrough, I want to amass as much wealth with John as possible, and I hate riding to Emerald Ranch every time I want to offload the valuables I looted from killed enemies. Every service location is relatively balanced on the map, save for the fences... Two entire states, West Elizabeth and New Austin, are left without the option to get rid of illicit goods. Feels like a weird design choice.

Blackwater is kind of like a smaller, more compact version of Saint Denis, where you can enjoy literally every other kind of service included in the game, just not a damn fence. Am I missing something?
